A file uploaded to a deal looks like a printed BizBuySell, BizQuest or LoopNet page, so it wasn't read or stored. Acquestor doesn't read those sites' pages. (A listing import with such a file is flagged instead, and the broker confirms the content is their own before approval.)

What to do: Upload the broker's own teaser, CIM or financial statements, or type the numbers in.
